Before joining Hands On Shanghai,. Spring had a rich history of working as professional while also volunteering in many different projects.
Changing from her career path from the fast paced world of public relations to her role with Hands On comes from her passion for children’s education, and finding ways to work with those in need. Her previous experience of assisting teaching in China’s Yunnan area, researching the need and business case for building suburb school, and initiating book drive for suburb libraries eventually led her to us.
As the Director of Education programming, Spring will work to develop curriculums and programming that will bring a greater quality of education and programming than is currently available to them… and through this she not only hope to improve their quality of education, and increase their potential, she hope that through these efforts she will improves the level of confidence that these students have as well.
