1. Basic introduction of the English Teaching Project

This year, HOS has launched a new project aiming at providing English Class Teaching to Migrant School students. All volunteers will be divided into several groups teaching at 2 different Migrant Schools named Yucai and Candle Light. There will be 20 students in every class and two volunteers including one foreign volunteer and another local volunteer will carry out the teaching assignment.

2. About the grouping, Teaching schedule and Group leader responsibility
Team A&B will take turns during the coming four months and delivering the lesson on Wednesday from 10:14 to 11:38 AM

Team C&D will take
turns during the coming four months and delivering the lesson on Saturday
from 10:00 - 11:30 AM. We will have 3 groups of Team
C&D which means they will teach 3 different class in Candle Light
School.

The team leader's
responsibility is to ensure feedback system running, which means collect,
analysis and review with the group. And another important role is to arrange
group discussion in monthly transition.

3. About Teaching Materials
Some volunteers have asked HOS to order the teaching material on line and the books will arrive at the beginning next week, others could also order on line.
